Dan DolinskiCryogen General Manager
Dan comes to Cryogen from DanD Nitrogen in Alberta, where he lives with his wife and children. Dan has a “Heart to Serve” his clients and brings a positive outlook to his role.
Jason SpattSales Manager
Jason Spatt was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. Has moved throughout Western Canada with his management career and has settled in central Alberta. Jason joined the Cryogen team in July of 2015 and brings over 20 years of customer service, knowledge and experience. What sold him on Cryogen was the company values, vision and understanding that working with our customers is a partnership. Finding the balance between work, family, friends is very important to him.
Krista ChristiukSales Administrator
Krista joined the WestGen group of companies in August 2016 in the finance department. She joined the Cryogen team in March 2019. She brings to the team a background in finance and customer service. Krista’s passion for putting her customers first and learning new things makes her a great fit for her new position with Cryogen.
Krista is originally from a small farming town in Southern Manitoba, but has now called Chilliwack home for the past 12 years. When Krista is not in the office you can most likely find her in a hockey rink cheering on her step son or husband.
Nathan WesterBusiness Unit Manager British Columbia
Nathan joined the Cryogen team in 2017. He’s been an avid music player since high school and plays many instruments including guitar, drums, bass, piano and trumpet. Nathan studied Sound Engineering and Music Production. He worked in the studio, festivals and at concerts with Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, Justin Beiber and 54-40.

James MooreBusiness Unit Manager South West Ontario
James has a background in TV, radio and film industry, with over 15 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and Programming. His passion for learning new things has brought him to Cryogen where he is happy meeting so many types of interesting people. James makes a positive impact on Cryogen with his cheerful attitude, ability to recite random fun facts and his creative problem solving skills. James loves spending his time with his wife and 2 adorable boys while they play sports and watch movies together.
Stacey ShufeltBusiness Unit Manager Ottawa and Montreal
Stacey hails from Quebec’s Eastern Townships, but has called Ottawa home since graduating from Bishop’s University in 1995. He brings extensive customer service and sales experience from 20 + years combined experience with Canadian Airlines, Air Canada , Subaru and Acura Canada. He has held various positions, most recently as General Sales Manager for Acura. He looks forward to serving his customer base in Ottawa/Montreal.
Kyle ScharfBusiness Unit Manager G.T.A West
Kyle is born and raised in the Greater Toronto area. After finishing school he went into the Mobile Telecom industry with Bell Canada for 15 years. Kyle decided after many years in the Telecom industry it was time for a new challenge and that is how he came to Cryogen. He hopes to bring an excellent customer service and an industry leading customer experience to the clients of the G.T.A.
John RagusaBusiness Unit Manager G.T.A East
John was born in Toronto and grew up in Whitby, ON. He has worked in automotive finance and sales industry. Being in the sales industry John loves meeting new people and setting them up with everything that they require. His passion for customer service is his driving factor for his past successes. He enjoys spending time with family, friends and on the golf course.
Kevin WeygintBusiness Unit Manager Seattle & Tacoma
Kevin Weygint Business Unit Manager (Seattle & Tacoma) Kevin joined Cryogen in November of 2019. He has over 15 years experience in sales, management, and customer service, and two in operations management. He was born and raised in the Tacoma Washington area and loves being involved in his local community whenever possible. He is dedicated to growing the Cryogen business and reputation for customer service in the US.
