Position Overview:

The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team to achieve long-term organizational goals, build key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and prioritize requests

• Perform reception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors

• Establish excellent customer relationships and provide high-standard service in line with company policy

• Ensure efficient and professional administrative support for the sales department

• Increase sales and generate leads

• Maintain regulatory compliance for the company

• Prepare sales contracts and corresponding customer communications

• Set up equipment for new clinics in BC

• Manage general office duties, including dealing with mail, faxes, and emails

• Create SOPs and associated forms for quality and operations functions

• Conduct facility audits as required

• Create sales invoices on behalf of the sales team

• Maintain accurate client files and update contact information

• Provide training for new sales representatives on Health Canada Protocols and safety

• Perform other duties as required

Skill and Experience Requirements:

• Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong written and oral communication abilities

• Proactive, punctual, and reliable

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Valid clean driver’s license and the ability to obtain Dangerous Goods Certification

An expanding company, Cryogen Nitrogen Deliveries, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to help our Business Unit Managers in the GTA East, GTA West, Southern Ontario, and Ottawa/Montreal areas manage their growing territories. This position requires working vacation coverage and potentially 3-4 days per month. A company vehicle will be provided. The job would be ideal for an individual who is looking for a bit of extra work, or someone with flexible other employment.

Having been in the industry for over 20 years, our company is a leader in sales, service, and solutions. Our friendly staff and personalized service are what set us apart, so the right personality is crucial for this job. The selected Delivery Representative will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all clients, both existing and potential. We are looking for someone dependable with an outgoing attitude.

Skill and Experience Requirements:

· Previous delivery experience would be an asset

· Must have navigation knowledge

· Must be comfortable with city driving

· Must be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills who works well with considerable independence.

· Ability to communicate both in writing and orally with individuals at all levels within the organization as well as with individuals outside of the organization

· Ability to lift 60lbs, in good physical condition

· Proactive, punctual and reliable

· Ability to provide great customer service experience to all clients of the organization.

· Must have a valid clean driver’s license and be able to obtain Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certification.

Compensation

· Compensation for the position is based on a daily rate of $275/day.
